1/ Practical information

2/ Forms of registration

The registration will be open until March 30th, 2025.

According to our Terms and conditions, providing all the required documents is a condition for your participation. Moreover, it is your responsibility to have all your travel documents (such as european health insurance card or identity card) up to date. Take steps in this regard, taking into account the dadlines of the organisation !

The payment needs to be completed latest by May 31st, 2025, or according to your payment schedule (see payment methods).

3/ Registration for the minors

Minors (- 18 years old) are not accepted at this Jubilee.

4/ Accepted forms of payment

Hereby you can find the payment methods, as well as the payment schedule. Please take your time reading this document before processing the payment. This document will be sent to your inbox attached to the confirmation email, that you will receive once your registration will be completed.

Cancellation Conditions

The participant's participation in the event is conditional upon the production of the required elements within the required deadlines. In the event of an incomplete file, the organizer will be entitled to refuse the participant access to the trip.

In any case, it is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that he/she is in possession of all the elements required to be able to travel, and that his/her documents are valid. We also recommend that you take out cancellation and repatriation insurance.

Cancellation conditions :

Like all organizations, EMMA incurs management and organization costs, and is committed to the Roman Jubilee organization (reservation fees).

Whatever the reason, if you have to cancel your stay, we will retain :

Before 20-03-2025: 35% of the total cost of the chosen package
After 21-03-2025 : 100% of the total cost.

Term and conditions of repayment
In the event of a repayment being made:
If you paid by debit or credit card the amount refunded will be credited to this card using the reference EMMA PLM
If you have paid by bank transfer or cheque; the partial refund will be made by bank transfer. Please therefore attach you bank details and details of your transfer to your refund request.
The processing time for your request will be approximately three weeks from the date of your request
