Alone, as a family or as a couple, you're all welcome at Paray-le-Monial this summer!

Praise, teachings, meetings, prayer, testimonies... a great programme to recharge your batteries, take a break or find new boost.

We look forward to seeing you on the first day of the session, from 3pm, at the session reception in the Parc des Chapelains.
You can collect your registration pack between 3pm and 8pm.

The session finishes on Sunday after lunch.


ACCOMMODATION
We offer places in shared or single boarding school rooms.
You can also find your own accommodation: camping, gîte, hotel or homestay. A wide range of accommodation options are available. Visit the tourist office website.

MEAL
A catering service is available on site for registered participants (session canteen). Please note: meal tickets are time-stamped and are not interchangeable between lunch and dinner, or from one day to the next. In this way, we are combating food waste by preparing only what is necessary. Meals are sold in packages online, and individually on site from stock, so it is advisable to order in advance.
It is possible to bring your own picnics. There is no refrigerator on site.
We can prepare gluten-free and/or lactose-free menus: please let us know when you register.


CHILDREN and TEENAGER
Children and teenagers are welcomed by age group to experience their own session (see the "children and teenagers" tab in this FAQ).


 

Registration is open online until the maximum number of seats is reached, and no later than 5 days before the start of the event, so early registration is recommended.

When you confirm your application, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating the meeting place and time, as well as practical information. No applications will be sent by post. Any application not paid for within 7 days of registering online will be considered cancelled.

Once your stay has been paid for, the corresponding registration pack can be collected from the session reception desk.

We are delighted to welcome you and look forward to seeing many of you there.

The solidarity fund is credited with your donations to support those in financial difficulty. At the end of the registration process, you will be offered the option of making a donation in the form of a rounded sum or a free amount. Every donation is important, many "littles" sums make a great sum at the end, and we thank you for your help if you can.

If you have difficulty paying the full amount of your order, you can call on the solidarity fund. You can send a confidential e-mail to: solidarite@sacrecoeur-paray.org, specifying your file number and your maximum payment capacity. The person in charge of the solidarity fund will contact you, and will agree with you what help he or she can provide, depending on the donations received. Don't hesitate to let them know when you can be contacted!
In association with the OCH (Disability christian office), we would be delighted to welcome you.
- We offer accommodation with PRM access (lift) and adapted bathrooms (1 shared bathroom per floor).
- A team of volunteers is on hand to discuss your specific needs, help you hire any equipment you may need and provide any information you may require.
- We offer a reduced rate to your usual companion, or to people wishing to volunteer during the session to accompany disabled people.
- Finally, we are happy to offer service places to those who wish to do so.

There is a station in Paray-le-Monial, and a shuttle with station of Le Creusot TGV.

The date of sending is decisive.

 

1. Conditions for cancelling your order or a participant in your file: a cancellation is considered to be the case where you, or one of the participants in your file, are no longer able to attend the sessions and request the cancellation of your order.

In the event of cancellation within the time limits specified below, cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

  more than 10 days before the start of the session:

o   Registration fees : retain a cancellation fee of €10 per person

o   Meals : fees are refund

o   Accomodation  : fees are refund

   from 9 days before the start of the session and until the first day of the session : no refund will be made and the sums paid will be retained.

EXCEPTION between D-10 and D-1: registration fees excluding deductions (and not accommodation or meals) may be refund on presentation, with your request, of a medical certificate justifying the impossibility of coming to Paray-le-Monial.

    from the first day et after : no refund will be made and the sums paid will be retained. No refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures.

2. Conditions for modifying your registration: a modification of your order is considered to be the case where you maintain your attendance at the session but wish to add a participant, or modify meals and accommodation conditions previously booked.

    In the event of an addition to your file (adding a minor participant, upgrading accommodation, adding meal), the request must be made more than 10 days before the start date of the session, and the additional payment must be received within 3 days. The rate applied will be that of the date of the request.

    If you make any downward changes to your application more than 15 days before the start of the session, the following charges will apply:

o   Meals : difference is refund

o   Accomodation : if you cancel your accomodation, we retain €10.00 per accomodated person. If you change down standing of your accomodation, difference is refund.

    However, from 15 days before the start date of the session, no changes can be made to your file (cancellation or addition of meal or accommodation packages to the file). Consequently, no refund will be possible. Any additions will be made on site according to remaining availability, at the current rate, and in accordance with the conditions laid down (parental waiver for minors, etc).

SPECIAL CASE: if you register online between D-10 and D-4 before the session, the conditions become :

    You waive the withdrawal period

    You agree to immediate payment, without the 7-day grace period

    You accept the cancellation conditions from D-10 (no refund of costs incurred)

   You waive the right to modify your file

3. Refund terms

No refunds will be made on site. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to either :

The date of send is decisive. In the event of a repayment being made:
   If you paid by debit or credit card the amount refunded will be credited to this card using the reference EMMA PLM
   If you have paid by bank transfer or cheque; the partial refund will be made by bank transfer. Please therefore attach you bank details and details of your transfer to your refund request.
The processing time for your request will be approximately three weeks from the date of your request

Claims must be received by EMMA by e-mail or post before 15 September 2024. No claims will be considered after this date.

If the event has to be cancelled by administrative decision, due to the current health situation, you will receive a full refund of the sums paid on our registration site.
